ServiceNow records, one right-click away.

SNapp is a context-aware browser extension for ServiceNow. Right-click any record form to copy a richly formatted link or inject a standard change template — and let it surface the URLs and email contacts buried in form fields, automatically.

What it does

Built for the ServiceNow form

Everything runs locally in your browser on *.service-now.com pages. No accounts, no analytics, no servers.

Extracted links

Scans form fields and lists discovered URLs in the Related Links panel, with friendly labels — GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft, ServiceNow .do records, or the bare hostname for anything else.

Email contacts

Turns email addresses found in form fields into labeled mailto: links, so you can reach the people referenced on a record without copy-pasting addresses.

Copy a record link

Right-click to copy a canonical nav_to.do hyperlink to the current record — optionally with its short description appended — ready to paste into a ticket, doc, or chat.

Change metadata & templates

On change requests, emit a formatted block of state, type, dates, CI, and assignment — or inject a standard change template — straight from the context menu.

Coming back soon.

SNapp is being brought back into shape. It's free, MIT-licensed, and runs entirely in your browser. Watch the repo to know the moment it lands in the stores.
